Car park / Parking
There are three free car parks at the entrance to the Domaine, with a total capacity of 200 spaces. You can park easily as soon as you arrive.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Rooms are available from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Check-out must be completed by 12 noon at the latest.
Access to the Silvaë Nature Spa is available from 9am at an additional cost, with futons and towels provided.
How do I book a room?
Bookings can be made directly on our website. All you have to do is select your dates of stay and choose the accommodation you want. It's quick, easy and secure!
Is access to the spa included in my room reservation?
Access to the Nature Spa is not included in your standard room booking. However, certain special offers and packages include access to the spa. Please feel free to browse our current offers on the website.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be notified to reception at least 24 hours before the date of arrival, by e-mail to the following address: reception@hotelroiarthur.com. After this time, or in the event of a no-show, the entire stay will be charged. Bookings made less than 24 hours before arrival are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, your four-legged friends (-10 kg) are welcome! A supplement of €25/day/animal applies. This rate includes special attention from our team. Animals are not allowed in the restaurant or spa.
Reservations can only be made online, subject to availability. You can fill in the form on the BOOK tab or contact us to make a reservation with a gift box. Check-in at 4 p.m. / Check-out at 12 p.m.
For an additional fee, guests may enjoy early access to the Nature Spa (from 9 a.m. on the day of arrival) or extended access to the Nature Spa (until 7 p.m. on the day of departure).
You can enjoy our new Silvaë Nature Spa, with its 3,000 m² of space, at the special rate of £30 per person per visit, from 4 p.m. on the day of your arrival until 12 noon on the day of your departure.
